He was predeceased by: his father Jose Carter. He is survived by: his mother Rosa Ramirez Carter; his stepfather Kerry Carter of Union City; his siblings, Daniela Ramirez of Nashville, Jacob Carter of Trenton and Raul Ramirez of Mexico; and his children, Raquel, Katherine, Joe, Marisela Ramirez and Yamileth Magana. He is also survived by nine aunts; and two uncles.
