He was predeceased by: his parents, Odus Lee Watts and Lois Swindle (Johnson); and his brothers, Rodger Watts and Johnny Watts. He is survived by: his wife Charlene Watts (Keene) of Union City; his daughter Joni; his son-in-law Tim James of Union City; his son Coby; his daughter-in-law Kim Watts of Union City; his brothers, Mikey Watts of Union City and Darrell Watts of Union City; and his grandchildren, Olivia James of Union City, Carter Watts of Knoxville and Camden Watts of Union City. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
