He was predeceased by: his parents, Conyers Paschall and Edna Paschall (Valentine); and his sisters, Margaret Moholt and Shirley Ellis. He is survived by: his wife Jane Paschall (Cultra) of Union City; his children, Kevin Scott Paschall (Amy) of Union City and Kimberly Ann Taylor (Thel) of Union City; his grandchildren, William Owen Taylor of Union City, Ginny Starks (Chase) of Union City, Graham Scott Paschall of Union City, Thompson Cultra Paschall of Union City and Warren Reese Paschall of Union City; his great grandchildren, Bryar Starks, Coleson Starks and Wynnstin Starks of Union City; and his brothers, Fred Paschall (Londa) of Olive Branch and David Paschall (Diane) of Paris. He is also survived by his family and friends.
