He is survived by: his mother Mary Helen Cantu Baiz; his children, Micaela Spraggs (Chris) of Union City, Amy Hays (Sam) of Fulton, KY, James Michael Tabarez of Knoxville, TN and Frank Tabarez (Diane) of Princeton, KY; his grandchildren, Parker, Evan Hays, Riley Tabarez, Levi, Emmy, Maryelise and Gracyevelyn Spraggs; his siblings, Debora Tabarez, Gina Southerland, Steve Tabarez and Jerry Garcia; and his siblings-in-law, Terry and Melvin Mills. He is also survived by his family and friends.
