He was predeceased by: his parents, Renuall Allen and Ruby "Louise" Allen (Bell); his wife Virginia "Ginny" Allen; his mother-in-law Joyce Watson; his sister-in-law Ramona Watson; and his stepdaughter April Haley Irvin.
He is survived by: his sons, Bryan Allen (Tammy) of Union City, Jason Allen (Staci) of Union City and Tanner Haley of Union City; his stepdaughter Lauren Caksackkar; his grandchildren, Alexis Rainey (Dustin), Brady Coleman, Emmersyn Allen, Maddelyn Allen, Zach Irvin, Avery Reeder (Parker) and Landon Race; his great grandchild James Weston Rainey; his aunts, Odean Henry and Sue Power; and his brothers-in-law, Mark Watson and Mike Watson (Teresea). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
The family asks in lieu of flowers donations be sent to Hometown Walk of Hope.
