He was predeceased by: his parents, James Robert Laster and Wilmena Mitchell Laster. He is survived by: his spouse Jean Clark Laster; his children, Tammy Forbus (Jeff) of Rives, Timmy Laster of Union City, Teddy Laster of Union City, Rob Laster (Shanda) of Nesbit, Jock Johnson (Kim) of Union City and Jai Johnson of Union City; his grandchildren, Mandy Brewer, Courtney Redd, Dustin Brewer, Luke Laster, Kelsey Johnson, Colton Brewer, Riley Laster, Karli Wilson, Calli Johnson, Morgan King, Nick Laster, Averi Laster and Emma Laster; and his brother James Myers. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
The family ask that in lieu of flowers, memorials be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or the Obion County Walk of Hope.
