It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gwen Phillips of Union City, Tennessee, who passed away on May 16, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Dolly and Ella Smith (Hampton); her husband Raymond Neal Phillips; and her grandson-in-law John Anthony Wherry. She is survived by: her daughters, Donna Sutton (Roland) of Union City, Sharon Bruce of Union City and Pam Harris (Dwayne) of Murfreesboro; and her siblings, Cynthia Bonner (Max) of Haleyville, AL, Evelyn Whipple and Bill Smith. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren.
