He is survived by: his wife Helen Francis of Union City; his children, Teri Francis Prather (James) of Union City, Dawn Francis Murphy (Greg) of Fredericksburg, VA and Robin Francis of Union City; his grandchildren, Shannon Rogers, Kyle L. Meek, Jessica LaPorte, Mary Beth Vise, Jacob Prather, Aja Francis, Megan Papaleo and Peyton Vuolo; and his great grandchildren, Ethan Roger, Weston Vise, Blaire Vuolo and Camila Papaleo. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
