She was predeceased by: her parents, William Julious Rogers and Eunice Leon Sasser Rogers; her son Kenneth Charles Spicer, III; and her siblings, Gertie Gilliams, Evelyn Swain, Rachel Murphy, Martha Dowdy, Ann Walker, Willie Leon Rogers and Roy Rogers.
She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Charles Spicer, Jr.; her children, Terry Waddell (Lori) of Greenville, KY, Tamela Breeden of Millersville, MD, Johnny Waddell (Jhelia) of Polk Station and Robin Donnell of Union City; and her brother Floyd Rogers (Mary) of Kenton. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; and fourteen great-grandchildren.
