He is survived by: his parents, Mike Florez of Mississippi and Sheila Turner of Florida; his children, Andrea Turner (Hunter) of Lake View, Alabama, Taylor Smith of Florida, David Choate of Union City and Daniel Choate of South Fulton; his sister Victoria Florez of Florida; his grandchildren, Kaci Turner, Kaiden Turner, Grayson Turner, Carson Choate, Bryson Choate and Fallynn Choate; his grandmother Gail Turner of Wingo, Kentucky; and his pet Bella. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
