In loving memory of Elaine Smith of Union City, Tennessee, who departed this world on February 26, 2025 at the age of 68. Elaine leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. Though Elaine may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Elaine touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifton Bonner and Estelle Marie Smith (Chumley). She is survived by: her children, Alaine Spears (Josh) of Union City, James Smith III (Susan) of Vidor and Shawn Wornell; and her sister Susan. She is also survived by four grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Hornbeak City Cemetery (212 Cemetery Rd, Hornbeak, TN 38232).
