She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Moonyham and Annie Lee Moonyham (Carlton); and her children, David Cook Boyles and Stephanie Boyles. She is survived by: her son Bryant Dunn of Shelbyville; her stepdaughter Roxie Rudd of Union City; her sister Loretta Hoff of Glen Ullin; and her grandchildren, Robert Fortner of Paris and Tonya Wilbanks of Union City. She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
