She was predeceased by: her parents, Odie Erwin and Lillie Mai Erwin (Miller); her husband Len Morris Gwaltney; her siblings, Jerry Anderson Erwin, Milton Erwin, Vernie Erwin, James Willard Erwin, Elmer "Hub" Erwin, Clayton Erwin, Mary Ruth Davis, Reba Truett, Emmar Watts and Donnie Keith; her great great grandchildren, Casyn and Lainey Morris; and her grandson Chris Barton.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Hawkins (Jimmy) of Union City, Ruth Ann Clark (Jack) of Soddy Daisy, TN, Penny Stroud of Hornbeak, Terry Gwaltney (Rita) of Bethpage, TN and Travis Gwaltney of Union City. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, 7 great-great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
