She was predeceased by: her mother Frances Halford; and her sisters, Louise Halford and Shirley Halford. She is survived by: her husband Robert Eugene "Bob" Rice; her children, Jodie Adams of Union City, Elana Adams of Union City, Diane Yactzac of Christopher, Illinois, Kristen O'Brien of Christopher, Illinois and Alma Barnett of Christopher, Illinois; and her brothers, Terry Halford (Loretta) of Kenton and Harold Halford (Vickie) of Mason Hall. She is also survived by HER HUSBAND, HER OTHER CHILDREN, GRANDCHILDREN.
