He was predeceased by: his parents, Adrian Simmons and Donna Simmons. He is survived by: his brother Mike (Mary Catherine); his nieces, Lyndsey Simmons and Katie Simmons-Carol; and his great-nieces, Ruby Carroll and Sienna Thornton. He is also survived by eight cousins and an aunt and uncle.
