He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Brock and Mary "Liz" Rice Brock; and his wife Celeste Cary Brock. He is survived by: his daughters, Cary Speed of Paducah, KY and Alyssa Brock Sanders of Union City; and his grandchildren, Reagan Speed and Miles Sanders.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the White-Ranson Funeral Home (212 W Washington Ave, Union City, TN 38281). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family request memorials be made to the Carl Perkins Center for Weakley County and Obion County.
