He is survived by: his children, Bonnie Burress of Union City, Dale "Corky" Burress (Shonda) of Drummonds and Dwayne Burress (Betsy) of Franklin; and his sisters, Wanda Yates of Martin, Sarah Ann Rushing of Spring Hill and Audrey Waters (Ken) of Mississippi. He is also survived by six grandchildren; thirteen great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home (1200 S Miles Ave, Union City, TN 38261). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
