She was predeceased by: her grandfather David O'Connor; and her great-grandparents, Swan Bowers, Connie Jackson, Anna Terrett, Richard and Joyce Lunsford.
She is survived by: her parents, Matt O'Connor of Hornbeak and Lee Ann O'Connor (Terrett) of Union City; her grandparents, Melissa Terrett, Kevin Lyons of Hornbeak, Kimberly Terrett of Martin, Toby and Mike "Tippy" Thomson of Woodland Mills; her great-grandparents, Ronald Bowers of Hickman and James Terrett of Union City; and her aunts and uncles, Caleb, Natalie Terrett of Dresden, Mitch, Alex Eddington of Union City and Clay Johnson of Samburg.
