She is survived by: her son John Choate of Union City; her grandchildren, Ethan of Union City, Conner Choate of Union City, Grayson Choate of Medina and Carmindee Choate of Kenton; and her sister Janice Natale of Fairport, NY. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
