We are sad to announce that on March 19, 2024, at the age of 67, Carmelita Inniss of Union City, Tennessee, born in Saint Louis, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father James Irby; her husband Charles D. Inniss, Sr.; and her son Conrad Inniss. She is survived by: her children, Jessica Osborne of Union City, Seraphina Inniss of West Africa, Brittany Inniss of Union City, Charles Inniss, Jr. of West Africa, Corye Thomas of Union City, Perry Jackson (Starla) of Jackson and Fredrick Thomas of Salinas, California; and her brothers, Cedric Irby, Sr. (Sharon) of Glen Carbon and Reginald Irby of Paducah, Kentucky. She is also survived by eighteen grandchildren; and several uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
