He is survived by: his children, Stacy Staggs (Donna) of Union City, Susan Fowler (Kevin) of Oklahoma and Tammy Lewis of Union City; and his siblings, Ruth Combs of San Antonio, Texas and Dan Staggs, Jr. (Janet) of Bloomington, Illinois. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
