She is survived by: her children, Laura Johnston of Union City, Jennifer Cole of Union City, Tammy Barnes (Keith) of Seale, AL, Glen Tate (Wendy) of Fultondale, AL, Steve Tate of Scott, LA and Elton Copeland of Seale, AL; her grandchildren, Hunter Johnston, Ashley Tate, John Tate, Taryn Cain, Spencer Tate, Stewart Rutland, McKenna Walley, Courtney Dobbs and Christian Creekman; and her siblings, Charles McIlwain of Union City and Margaret Kennedy of Union City. She is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren.
