He was predeceased by: his father Dr. Arden Jones Butler, Jr.; and his brother Jimmy Butler. He is survived by: his sisters, Lou Anne White (Skipper) of Union City and Debbie Cherry (Rob) of Ripley; his niece Ginna Houston (Daniel) of Kingsport; and his nephews, Robert Cherry (Lauren) of Kingsport, Brett White of Nashville and Benjamin White of Nashville. He is also survived by three great nephews and one great niece.
