We are sad to announce that on March 6, 2021, at the age of 81, Virginia Garland of Unicoi, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends can send flowers and condolences in memory of the loved one. She was predeceased by: her parents, Hunter Garland and Mamie Woodby Garland; and her siblings, James, Charles, Clyde Garland, Kathleen "Kat" Harvey, Florence Cooper, Doris Edwards and Hazel Wilson.
She is survived by: her sisters, Betty Raby of Johnson City, Gladys Osborne (Carrick "Tic") of Unicoi, Wanda Miller of Unicoi and Carolyn Garland of Jonesborough. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
