She was predeceased by: her parents, Curtis Estep and Billie Estep. She is survived by: her husband Dr. Wayne Emery; her sister Teresa Reed (Mitch); her nephews, Ethan Reed (Sarah) and Adam Reed (Sydney); her stepsiblings, Portia Sams and Mike Estep; her stepmother Patsy Estep; and her stepdaughters, Tanya Benbow and Annika Evans. She is also survived by five step-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the East Unaka Christian Church (1201 E Unaka Ave, Johnson City, TN 37601). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Happy Valley Memorial Park (2708 Elizabethton Hwy, Johnson City, TN 37601).
