With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Tony Stephenson of Unicoi, Tennessee, born in Flag Pond, Tennessee, who passed away on June 27, 2021 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Stephenson and Verl Hoyle Stephenson; and his brothers, Michael Stephenson and Bruce Stephenson. He is survived by: his wife Pat Stephenson; his daughter Teresa Gouge (Dexter); his grandsons, Ethan Gouge (Mikaela) and Dakota Gouge (Sydney); his great grandchildren, Brayden, Braxton and Owen; his sister Regina Blakley (Melvin); his stepchildren, Gayla, John Paul, James Roger, Connie (Ray) and Susan; his aunt Phyllis Hoyle; his nephews, Patrick Blakley (Jennifer), Rodney Stephenson and Kris Stephenson (Shara); and his niece Connie Doss (Wayne). He is also survived by nine step grandchildren and eleven step great grandchildren.
