He is survived by: his spouse Buryl Silvers McIntosh; his daughter Dorene Tipton (James); his grandchildren, Breanna Sams and Samuel Cutshall; his great grandchild Aidan Cutshall; and his brother Jerry McIntosh (Ruth).
