He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Samuel and Daisy Lee Gouge (Birchfield); his wife Nadine Gouge; his son Nathan Gouge; his stepson Kenneth Leonard; his great grandchild Paislee Gouge; and his siblings, Martha Jo Garst, Nancy Gonzalez, Dean Hubbard, Bill Gouge, Sammy Gouge and Lynn Gouge.
He is survived by: his children, Dexter Gouge (Teresa), John Gouge (Amy), Ben Gouge (Beth) and April Harris (Rick); his stepdaughter Kim Leonard; his grandchildren, Eric Leonard, Cody Pyron, Ethan Gouge, Justin Gouge, Dakota Gouge, Cody Arnold, Marcus Gouge, Tristan Gouge, Cheryl Rotenberry, Nadine Berry, Teia Gouge, Rilie Gouge, Hunter Estepp, Emily George and Brandy Bevins; his great grandchildren, Phoebe Perkins, Zoe Perkins, Grayson Harris, Sophia Berry, Easton Berry, Grayson Berry, Delaney Leonard, Owen Gouge, Brayden Gouge, Braxton Gouge, Gunner Gouge, Zaiden Gouge, Blakely Pyron, Emma Gouge, Jordyn Gouge, Weston Gouge and Hunter Blackmon; and his sister Ann Neal (Les).
