He was predeceased by: his parent Floyd Ramsey; and his wife Ruby Helen Ramsey. He is survived by: his parent Lessie Buckner Ramsey; his children, Carl Ramsey (Agnes), Flag Pond, Alfred Ramsey (Agnes) and Bea Brown (Allan); his brother Lewis Ramsey of Michigan; and also Greeneville. He is also survived by five grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, one great-great grandchild, several nieces and nephews.
