We are sad to announce that on May 15, 2019, Robin Effler (Unicoi, Tennessee) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ronald Effler and Lucille Tipton Effler. She is survived by: her fiancé Tommy Phillips; and her siblings, Phillip, Jerry Effler, Rhonda White (Robby) of Erwin, Lisa Davis (Glenn) and Chuckey. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.
