We are sad to announce that on February 15, 2024, at the age of 84, Robert Dean Wiggins of Unicoi, Tennessee, born in Towanda, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto Wiggins and Marguerite Williams Wiggins Cobb; and his brother Teddy Cobb. He is survived by: his wife Patsy Ford Wiggins; his sons, Mike Wiggins of Unicoi and Mark Wiggins of Unicoi; and his siblings, David Wiggins, Terry Cobb and Jo Anne Adams. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
