He was predeceased by: his parents, Bascom Musick and Dorothy Tolley Musick; his daughter Megan Lee Musick; and his siblings, Danny Lee Musick and Tammy Musick Vanhoy.
He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Honeycutt Musick; his daughter Amy Musick; his granddaughter Riley Briggs; and his sisters, Betty Byrd (Charles) of Jonesborough, Penny Sells (Johnny) of Jonesborough, Judy Harrell (J. M.) of Jonesborough, Rosalie Hughes (Willard) and Pamela English. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
