It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Bruce Russell of Unicoi, Tennessee, who passed away on February 16, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Fred Russell; his daughter Theresa Lynn Rogers; and his brothers, Fred Ben Russell and Terry Clay Russell. He is survived by: his wife Paula Meucci Russell; his sons, James Russell of Elizabethton and Richard Russell of Elizabethton; his grandchildren, Jessica Aumick of Tempe, Arizona and Mason Briscoe of Unicoi; and his sister Sharon Thompson (Harold) of Lexington, KY. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
