It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Peggy Sue Hensley of Unicoi, Tennessee, born in Atkins, Virginia, who passed away on May 5, 2024, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry K. Richardson, Sr. and Ollie Victoria Lindamood Richardson; and her sister Harriet J. Richardson Barasa. She is survived by: her husband Charles Hensley; her children, Michelle Hensley (Bryant) and Earl Thomas Hensley; her grandchildren, Frank R. Smith, IV, Brandi A. Walters, Jade G. Walters (Diante) and Arra S. R. Walters; her great grandchildren, Ava M. Martin, Blake A. Martin, Alayna R. Walters, Aubrey M. Towers, Diante M. Towers and Arie Michelle Towers; and her brother Harry K. Richardson, Jr. (Debra). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
