Opal Leedy Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Opal Leedy (Unicoi, Tennessee), who passed away on May 27, 2019 at the age of 109. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her children, John R. Leedy and Helen L. Linville; and her siblings, Herbert, Elmer, Clyde, Beryl, Claude Hood, Hazel Dillow, Nellie Hood and Myrtle McCrary.
She is survived by: her husband David B. Leedy; her daughter Robbie L. Higgins; her grandchildren, Patricia L. Holbert, Gordon D. Linville, Craig Higgins, Scott B. Higgins and Johnny Glen Leedy; her great grandchildren, Hunter Higgins, Alexandra Higgins, Tyler Higgins, Casey Rupp and David Linville; her brother Glay Hood; and her sister-in-law Reba Leedy. She is also survived by three great-great grandchildren.
