It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nancy Janet Bowman (Unicoi, Tennessee), born in Johnson City, Tennessee, who passed away on February 5, 2020, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Mack and Cleo Mae Peoples (Lacy); her son Adrian Lawrence Bowman; her brother Larry Lee Peoples; and her former husband Hilbert Dean Bowman.
She is survived by: her children, Elesha Lambert (Doug) and Theron Bowman (Shu Pin "Winnie"); her siblings, Kay Strain (David) and Shane Peoples (Karen); her grandchildren, Heather Fox (Derek) and Chelsey Bowman; her great grandchildren, Brailee Porter, Colton Fox and Alivia Fox; her nieces, Angela Harris and Erika Perez (Colton); her nephew Aaron Stout; her sister-in-law Mary Peoples; and her close friend Janice Honeycutt.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made in Nancy's name to Erwin First Pentecostal Holiness Church, 1600 N Main Avenue, Erwin, TN 37650.
