She was predeceased by: her parents, Dewey Robinette, Sr. and Minnie Derafield Robinette; her husband Clifford Morton; her former husband Virgil Byrd; her grandson David Jordan; and her siblings, Ernest Robinette, Leonard Robinette, Irene Tolley and Ethel Byrd.
She is survived by: her children, Kathy Owen (Ed), Memphis, Anita Johnson (Jack) and James Byrd of Elizabethton; and her niece Amy Wallin Tipton. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, twenty- one great grandchildren, seven great-great grandchildren.
