She was predeceased by: her parents, Dallas Turner Smith and Nora Lee Holland Toney; her stepfather William Lewis Toney; and her brother Michael Smith. She is survived by: her sons, Christopher Gallagher (Tiffany) and Tim Gallagher; her close friend Leon Hall; and her siblings, Anna Hall, Carol Davis, Larry Smith and Sandra Crow. She is also survived by several grandchildren; one great grandchild; several nieces and nephews.
