She was predeceased by: her parents, King David Tipton and Rosetta Piercy Tipton; and her siblings, Bonnie Tipton, Magdeline Tipton, Juanita Cole, Lilly Taylor, Dorothy Tipton, Darlene Gibbs, Dixie Bryant, David Tipton Junior and Homer Tipton.
She is survived by: her husband Norman Combs; her children, Eric Bradley Combs (Kelly), Melonie Kay Combs and Tanya Leeann Combs Sparks (Steven Sparks); her brothers, Ronald Tipton (Kay) and Robert Tipton (Mary); her grandchildren, Caleb Jones, Elisabeth Buchanan, Samuel Buchanan, Hannah Massey (Zach), Seth Sparks and Abigail Sparks; and her great grandchildren, Camden Combs and Mia Massey.
