He was predeceased by: his parent Rev. Charlie Roosevelt Cook (Carrie Estella Gouge); his former wife Cora Evelyn Newton Cook; and his wife Barbara Scott Cook. He is survived by: his son Warrant (Donald Richard Cook); his siblings, Rev. Dallas Cook (Mabel) and Argie Lee Rachel Williams; his brother-in-law Garner Williams; and his sister Betty McCool (Bishop Billy D.). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends.
