She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Tolley and Hattie Byrd Tolley; her husband Nathan W. Woodby; her grandson Thomas Simerly; her siblings, Leslie Joe Tolley, Raymond (Judy Tolley) and Minerva (Claude Reed); and her son-in-law Frank Bailey.
She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Woodby (Beverly) of Unicoi, Teresa Simerly (Max) of Unicoi and Dianna Bailey of Unicoi; her grandson David Woodby (Sarina); and her sister-in-law Bessie Hill. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
