She was predeceased by: her father Tom Adkins; her brother Michael Adkins; and her son Terry. She is survived by: her son T. C. Clevenger; her mother Betty Falk; her husband Terry Lynn Clevenger; her son Joshua Banks; her siblings, Tommy Adkins (Patty), David Adkins (Kim), Tina Hopson (Jerry) and Sherri Cable (Dale); her niece Haley Peterson (Josh); her nephews, Caleb Adkins, Dylan Cable, Issac Chrisman and Numerous; and her cousin Many.
Lisa Adkins Clevenger, age 59, of Unicoi, went to her eternal rest, Friday, November 6, 2020, after a lengthy struggle with numerous illnesses, most recently covid-19.
