She was predeceased by: her parents, William "Bill" Stancil and Rosie Foster Stancil; and her siblings, Clifford Stancil and Elizabeth Franklin. She is survived by: her sons, Kenneth Howell (Mandy) of Erwin, Jerry Howell of Erwin and Mark Howell (Jackie Laws) of Erwin; her sister Barbara Cline; and her grandchildren, Garrett Howell, Brandi Howell, Lindsey Howell and Miranda Howell (Sawyer Howell). She is also survived by several great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
