She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Tolley and Birdie Grindstaff Tolley; her husband Scottie Lewis; her brother Charles Tolley; and her brothers-in-law, Conley Miller and Elmer Ray Roberts.
She is survived by: her children, Malone Lewis (Becky) of Erwin, Timmy Lewis (Tracy) of Unicoi and Samantha Foster (David) of Erwin; her grandchildren, Haley Lewis, Caitlyn Edwards (Willie), Isaac Lewis, Jamaika Lewis, Alison Lewis and Scotty Lewis; her great grandchildren, Canaan Whitson and Aiken Edwards; and her siblings, Patricia Miller of Elizabethton, Gail Storie (Jerry) of Unicoi, Dorothy Stanley (Larry) of Unicoi, Linda Sliger of Unicoi, Joyce Arnett (Charlie) of Roan Mountain and Roy Tolley of Unicoi.
