He was predeceased by: his parents, John Gouge and Oleta Gouge of Unicoi, TN; and his brother Joe Gouge of Unicoi, TN.. He is survived by: his children, Mark Davis, Steven W. Davis (Beverly), James E. Gouge and Ghisline Parr; his grandchildren, Jack, Lauren and Will; his siblings, John Gouge (Judy), Jean Keplinger (Wayne) and June Messer; and his friends, Don Walker, Dave Furst and Mike Nisbet. He is also survived by many loving nephews, nieces and family members.
