He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Hopson and Lois Tipton Hopson; and his wife Linda Gouge Hopson. He is survived by: his son Chad Hopson; his grandchildren, Danielle Hopson and Zack Hopson; his sisters, Linda Hawk (Randy), Sharon Newell (Don), Patsy Griffith and Judy Tilson; and his sister-in-law Judy Ray. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
