James Higgins Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Higgins of Unicoi, Tennessee, who passed away on January 15, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of James Higgins to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred T. Higgins and Lena Mae Bowman Higgins; his wife Luella Mae Higgins; and his siblings, Bill Higgins, Ruby Tittle, Lillian Kendall, Nadine Tisdale and Mary Lou Ricker.
He is survived by: his children, Sherri Garland (Alan), Randy Higgins and Darren Higgins (Darlene); his grandchildren, Zachary Garland and Shelby Higgins Hill (Adam); his great grandchild Clara Garland; his siblings, Glynn Higgins (Barbara) and Frenda Williams; his nephew Wayne Higgins; and his sisters-in-law, Finetta Quillen and Jeanette Quillen. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic we request that all who attend the services wear a mask or face covering and observe all social distancing guidelines.
