It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Imogene Willis (Unicoi, Tennessee), who passed away on April 16, 2018, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Carl Higgins; her daughter Carolyn B. Willis Story; and her siblings, Harold Higgins, John Hadley Higgins and Carlene Higgins Foster.
She is survived by: her parent Lela Lewis Higgins; her spouse Harley Willis; her son John Willis (Joan); her son-in-law William A. Story; her brothers, Marvin Higgins (Betty), Bobby Higgins (Karen) and Charles "Butch" Higgins (Connie); her grandchildren, Dwayne Tipton of Erwin, Tracie Metcalf (Randy) of Erwin, Scott Higgins (Tara), Jody Tolley, Rachel Ayers (Landon) and Kerri Tomlinson; her great grandchildren, Darian Tipton, Valeria Tipton, Tyler Metcalf, Shian Higgins Stewart, Hunter Higgins, Jackson Tolley, Peyton Tolley, Eli Ayers, Brayden Tomlinson and Everett Tomlinson; and her sisters-in-law, Mildred Higgins, Martha Willis Rice (Robert), Eva Willis Bowman (James), Linda Willis Edwards (Guy) and Geraldine Willis. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.
