We are sad to announce that on March 27, 2025, Hazel Lorenne Tittle of Unicoi, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Reverend George Goodlow and Grace Velma Richardson (Hall); and her husband Samuel Madison Tittle. She is survived by: her children, Yvonne Shepherd and Sammy Tittle (Anne); her grandchildren, Greg Shepherd (Lisa), Karen Payne (Keith) and Nathan Tittle (Jessica); and her close friend Jimmy Whitson.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made in Hazel's name to Christian Care Center of Unicoi, 100 Greenway Circle, Erwin, TN 37650.
