She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Osburn and Ruth McInturff Osburn; and her sisters, Polly Marie Love and Betty Jean Garland. She is survived by: her husband David C. Ray; her children, David T. Ray (Ann) of Coral Springs, FL and Joy Miller (Christopher) of Harrisburg, MO; her grandsons, Joshua Tyler Ray, Brandon Timothy Ray and Jasper Wayne Miller; her great grandchild Nicole Leeann Ray; and her sister Carolyn Harris of Collinsville, VA. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Flowers will be accepted however, those wishing may make memorial contributions in memory of Frances to: Palm Shores Christian Church and/or Unicoi Chrisitan Church.
